The concept of the PCRD CI is based on the PCRD commitment to achieving balanced development among regions and creating regions that ensure employment and quality of life. The CI contains PCRD's strong will to improve regional competitiveness and quality of residents' life using development strategies suited to the conditions and characteristics of the region and through cooperative networking going beyond administrative districts.

The PCRD symbol mark, as a representative symbol for visual communication with internal and external partners of PCRD, constitute the fundamental factor of the image of the committee.

The logo type plays a crucial role in delivering the image of PCRD, along with the symbol mark, and is created considering the combination with the symbol mark. Therefore, it is recommended that the logo type be used precisely in accordance with the directions for each item illustrated. It is advisable the color of the logo type be selected within the scope illustrated below depending on the properties of the medium concerned.
